The rooms were good. Mid-size for Japan. There were also amenities. Premium rooms have different set up and access to lounge. There is a microwave to heat up food if someone wants. It is possible to check in early for a small charge which was very convienient for me.

Location: In the heart of Ginza district. Easy access to the main avenue (just around the block) where you can find all the high fashion and brand stores. If you arriving from Haneda or Narita, the Takaracho Station is just a few blocks (walking distance) from the Hotel. Staff: Very friendly and helpful. I have arrived late night and the check-in process was very smooth. Check-out process was basically a key drop-off. For those enjoying the neighborhood after check-out time, they gladly store your luggage. Breakfast: It is not available, but it was not an issue. There are several coffee shops a block away, and all over the neighborhood: Veloce, Doutor and Starbucks. There is also a 24h 7-Eleven right across the street. Plus a vending machine for refreshments in the lobby. Plus microwave and a very nice ice machine. Accommodation: The room is pretty standard. The bed feels great. There is a small desk, good for some laptop work, with cabled internet (there is a cable available in the desk). Enough power outlets and USB-A ports available. Bathroom is very nice. AC (temperature) control works good. Amenities and the Premium Floor: There are amenities right in the lobby, before the elevators. Lots of different items. For those staying in the Premium Floor, there is a specific spot for amenities exclusive to the floor. Also a lounge offering a coffee machine for free. And the coffee is great! Another exclusive to the floor. I think it is a great plus for those looking for extra comfort.

Great location in Ginza, close to several stations for getting around Tokyo on different lines. 7/11 directly opposite for just about anything you need anytime of day. Hotel is busy, but clean and tidy. Vending machine, hot water, microwave and laundry facilities available in the reception area. Rooms were clean and quiet. Good sized bathroom with bath and shower. Rooms are a bit cramped, but this is standard for Tokyo.

100% recommend. The room is very well put together, although small, it is designed very well. I felt it was a compact 5-star experience. The mattress and the pillow were very comfortable. I loved the fresh Japanese pyjamas every night, provided by the hotel. The shower and toilet were top-notch. The staff are great. We had issues with WiFi speed, so the hotel offered us a personal router, which worked amazingly. The location is fantastic - walking distance to the central train station & many metro lines, there are plenty of restaurants & stores in the Ginza district and the 7-11 convenience store is just across the street. We will definitely stay here again!

The front desk staffs are able to speak fluent English and they're happy to help with everything. The usage of room, way to ask for housekeeping and obtain supplements are clear, also with a printed instruction. Umbrellas, vending machine, ice machine and microwaves are available at the lobby. The hotel locates at a shopping area and it's easily to go to several subway lines. Approximately one hour to Disney parks. The room and the public areas are all clean. The washroom space is quite sufficient as it is in Tokyo; in terms of the room space is difficult for opening 2 large suitcases (26-28 inches size) at the same time. Coffee, tea bags, combs, shaver cream, hair band and multiple supplements are provided on a shelf at the lobby. 24/7 chain brand convenience stores and cosmetics shop are in walking distance.

This hotel was great. Opposite a park, walking distance to the centre of Shinjuku but far enough out of it that we weren’t impacted by noise/lights/crowds. It was lovely walking past the Autumn colour of the park and through to the central area. Also close to trains which meant we felt perfectly located to do everything we wanted to do. Free government building sky-deck type views right on our doorstep were an added bonus as was the amazing bakery at ground floor in the hotel. The communal spaces at ground floor are great.

Spent a very long business trip at this hotel and have little to complain about! Great area, coin laundry machine in the building (operated with 100 yen coins, staff at reception can change money for you). Staff was attentive when minor issues occurred in the room. Nice system to signal when room needs cleaning. Ice machine and vending machine in the lobby. Bed was comfortable and spacious for one person, the lighting in the room was very nice! Window went out to the street which is very quiet so you get good natural light without street noise. This is probably the cheapest way to stay in Ginza. If you go you must check out the little Ramen place down the street, absolutely amazing. Overall would absolutely choose this place again!

Location is amazing, 5 min walk from two subway lines and about 10 min walk from Tokyo Central Station. Several restaurants and cafes nearby, in the middle of Ginza district. Great location for this price! Rooms were comfortable and clean enough for a 3 star hotel. A small bathtub was a nice option to soak in after walking up Fuji. The main reason for staying here was the fact that the hotel allowed us to keep out luggage between our stays (we stayed a couple of nights then went to another city, came back for a night and went to another location again before coming back to KOKO for our flight home). This saved the hassle of storing suitcases in lockers. Not many hotels will let you do this, so thumbs up for KOKO👍
