Location: In the heart of Ginza district. Easy access to the main avenue (just around the block) where you can find all the high fashion and brand stores. If you arriving from Haneda or Narita, the Takaracho Station is just a few blocks (walking distance) from the Hotel. Staff: Very friendly and helpful. I have arrived late night and the check-in process was very smooth. Check-out process was basically a key drop-off. For those enjoying the neighborhood after check-out time, they gladly store your luggage. Breakfast: It is not available, but it was not an issue. There are several coffee shops a block away, and all over the neighborhood: Veloce, Doutor and Starbucks. There is also a 24h 7-Eleven right across the street. Plus a vending machine for refreshments in the lobby. Plus microwave and a very nice ice machine. Accommodation: The room is pretty standard. The bed feels great. There is a small desk, good for some laptop work, with cabled internet (there is a cable available in the desk). Enough power outlets and USB-A ports available. Bathroom is very nice. AC (temperature) control works good. Amenities and the Premium Floor: There are amenities right in the lobby, before the elevators. Lots of different items. For those staying in the Premium Floor, there is a specific spot for amenities exclusive to the floor. Also a lounge offering a coffee machine for free. And the coffee is great! Another exclusive to the floor. I think it is a great plus for those looking for extra comfort.

You have to walk a bit from the train station, but otherwise rather well connected. Best card-system I've seen so far. You get a button in your room to ask for cleaning, which is shown outside by a led, and another led will light up while your card is in the electricity box, so they'll know you are still inside right away. A power bank rental (ChargeSPOT) is also available in the ground floor. There are 2 washing & drying (combined) machines, so you might have to plan when to clean. Check out is also very simply, just put your cards in a box when leaving.

The hotel is very well located — you can walk to the charming shopping area of Ginza, and Tokyo Station is also within walking distance. Even better, Takaracho Station is just 350 meters away, and from there, the subway goes directly to Narita Airport with no transfers needed. The room is small, as is common throughout Japan. For longer stays, cleaning is done every three days. The amenities are very complete and, also typically Japanese, are available in the lobby for guests to pick up as they wish. Check out was very simple and fast.

The rooms were good. Mid-size for Japan. There were also amenities. Premium rooms have different set up and access to lounge. There is a microwave to heat up food if someone wants. It is possible to check in early for a small charge which was very convienient for me.

The location is quite convenient, and the room is clean and quiet. The bathtub is deep, though it's short. Best of all, I can order from Japanese online stores in advance and during my stay and have them delivered directly to the hotel, which is a bonus.
